Purchased RegDefense by Xionix LLC, Orem, UT a year ago. It promptly corrupted my registry requiring a clean install and much lost data. Attempts to contact Xionix Customer Service by email and snail mail (at least 10 attempts over 30 day period) went unaswered. I simply gave up. Today I discovered I am being charged $19.95 for an annual Auto-renewal. What gall on this company's part.
