I live in a Ryan home that is only 8 years old. They use Patriot Windows - which are junk. Since I've lived here I've had more broken seals/cracked windows/bad springs, than I can count on both hands. They warrant the window for life - although by now they are likely going bankrupt with all the claims I'm hearing they are having just within this area - but they DO NOT warrant the installation.
