I ordered a 5 person sauna 5 months ago. The sauna arrived in a well packaged box and everything was in working order however they sent the wrong stereo system. I had purchased the sauna and was to get the mp3 player stereo upgrade a $50.00 value for free because of the type of sauna that I was buying. When I contacted them they said it was on back order and would get it to me as soon as possible.
