I specifically bought from them because of the comfort guarantee that allows the swapping of the mattress for another if not satisfied with the mattress. Both the salesman and the store manager assured me the comfort guarantee applied to my product. The mattress was too soft so I applied for the swap. Then the owner said it did not apply because it was a 'special order' due to the full size. Sure enough there was fine print on my receipt. Lies and false advertising. read full review »
