The subject controversy about Kevin Kyle and his Partners, is the murder of a women named Mary Giglia Johnson. According to documents it seems as if Mr.Kyles Estate is more like a contract for the murder of Mary. Mary was found dead in the parking lot of her Mother's nursing home.
