November 4, 2010 My fridge was not acting right about a month ago. I made the mistake of calling Sears 4 My Home number. The $220 in advance payment seemed fair for a tech to show up and fix the fridge “within a few days” and also guarantee it for a year. Unfortunately, almost a month later my fridge has since ceased to exist and I still continue to argue with the incompetent phone representatives.
