Customer service is extremely difficult to do business with. I found them to be very stubborn. They take way to long to address e-mails. They are very unprofessional and have "internet tantrums" if they don't like what the costumer has to ask/say. I have canceled my orders because I thought if the costumer service is that lousy what could their products be like? Also, if there were to be a problem with the products once I received them...well, I certainly wouldn't hold my breath. They would completely ignore my e-mail... read full review »
