About 5 months ago I asked a medical question, and paid $18 for the advice. Since then every single month they have gone into my account, and charged $18. I have written them and asked them to stop, and said for someone to contact me. I have had zero contact with anyone. I will now go to my bank and inform them to not pay anything from this company.
