I have a Schwab credit card in good standing recently assumed by FIA Card Services. FIA noticed fraudulent activity and changed my number. On that call, FIA told me they would waive a $15 fee associated with sending a new card. I told them I noticed $11.50 in fees on the August statement (a $1.50 minimum finance charge and a $10 cash advance fee) that made no sense. FIA replied they would waive those fees.
