I was suckered into the same check out the site, but was taken by the membership fee. As soon as I was charged, no more then minutes I requested a refund. I was told to fill out paper form, with ID and mail to address and give up to 21 days for refund. After 21 days I was given a lame excuse of slow processing and 31 days checkback. After I checked back just today (Nov. 4) I was told they are going out of business and have suspended any refunds until further notice.
