Ordered on February 26th. A month later, card never got charged, product never got shipped. After several emails, no response but order was suddenly charged on my card. After several more weeks and never receiving product, I called and a customer rep said he would refund my card. After SEVERAL MORE WEEKS and still no product, I emailed again asking where my refund was and a couple of days later instead of addressing the promised refund, I get an email saying my product has been shipped.
