There customer service is AWFUL!!! I was charged $10 more for a product then charged a second time due to there lack of organization!!! This sent my account into overdraft and what should have originally been a $69 purchase has now cost me well over $300 in being double charged and all of the overdraft fees that I incurred. When I called to try and resolve the problem I left 4 messages because I couldn't get a live person on the phone.
