I want to start out by saying I did not have an issue with reception, service or equipment. I really enjoyed my DTV experience until I terminated my service. They withdrew $186.99 from my account without any notification. Whether I owed this money or not I should have received some form of notification. By the way I didn't owe them an extra dime.
