I received a call 3 days ago from a Joe Marshall @ 347-844-6647, stating that I took out a payday loan and did not pay it. As a result, I was going to be sued and a lein would be put against my SS#. If I wanted to settle out of court I could pay $745.35 or wait to go to court and pay $1953.65. I asked for the name of the company and a contact number so that I could call and find out about this "loan".
