Purchased phone on 10/20/2010, was told the phone was on back order and I would receive the phone in 7 days, on 10/24/2010 I received an E-mail stating phone is on back order with no tentative date to receive phone, on 11/3/2010 I called and customer rep stated he could not give me a date to receive my phone, I asked to speak to the manager, I waited on hold for 10 minutes and the line disconnected, I called back and was told that Omar was busy and would call me back today, Omar never called, on 11/04/2010 I called and Omar was not available... read full review »
