After much run around and days of complaining, I was able to print out a refund sheet. well this is over 5 pages want VERY personal information, information that your bank doesn't even ask for, so I try contacting again and again. I now find that the site is closing. I also see that they are still selling "bids" how can this be still taking funds and being closed.
