I recently purchased a $2500 LG LED TV from HH Gregg in Dayton, OH. I bought insurance worth $500 too (just to be safe).The picture is awesome. Unfortunately, the screeen went blank in 3 weeks. I called H Grregg ans was asked to call LG. LG sent a repair man in 5 days and I was told the part he needs is in backorder and they will replace it with a new one. In short, I have now been waiting 1 week and there is still no clarity as to when I will get my tv fixed or replaced. I called HHGregg and the manager said they cant do anything about it. MORAL LESSON: Dont buy an LG TV and stick to the pro's like BEST BUY to buy your expensive electronics. read full review »
