Last year the majority of Jackson Hewitt offices did not offer RAL (Income tax loans) because the bank they were using was not able to get certification from the Treasury Dept. Well instead of telling customers the truth they lied and deceived people into believing that loans were available. After completing the unsuspecting client's tax they would make up an excuse or tell the client they were denied when in fact there was no bank offering a loan.
