B of A, and Wells Fargo, as well as OCWEN, offer lists of properties; and, there is no fee to access these lists---gratis. CRNhome's list is only available when the consumer agrees to pay $1.99 for the handling and postage of a mailing, that they allege is part of their program. This mailing is superfluous.
