Buyer beware of "free" shipping charges on returns!! - I purchased a cross pendant for $52 from this merchant. They advertise free shipping but their return policy will deduct this "free" shipping from the refund plus an 8% restocking fee. I didn't like the item I ordered, and after getting an RMA number (took 2 phone calls and an email to finally get one), I noticed that my refund was only going to be for $29.99.
