Info on the website 'order status' did not update for nearly three weeks after the promised ship date of the order. My items which were to be used at a recognition event as an award were never delivered in time for the event (site indicated 11 days - still not received after 30 days) with no explanation from their customer service department or with any projected new ship date after 30 days ... still indicates a ship date of 3 weeks past due.
