Someone tell me how to sue these people for overcharging me on my loan! They have repeatedly charged hundreds of dollars in fees when my payment was late instead of the $20 late fee. When approached on this subject I was told this LOAN was like a credit card interest compounded DAILY!!! Isn't this FRAUD?????????? Anyway I called the FORCLOSURE office to get a payment ampunt to get our account up to date. After paying that amount IN FULL again this month they want an additional $153!!! It's not even late!
