November 5, 2010 Dear Customer Service Dept, I received a gift card for spending $50 or more at Sears during one of my many visits. The gift card is for $10. When I went to purchase over $100 worth of merchandise I attempted to use the $10 gift card and was told it had expired. When I received the gift card orginally I had no idea it had expiration date to it. The saleslady cordially stated, "You can apply this card to your next purchase with us."
