I am a US Veteran. I had surgery at the Veterans Hospital in SLC about a month ago to have my right foot amputated, due to an old Army injury. I have needed pain medication since the surgery, it was sent to my house about 300 miles from the hospital. The last time I sent for it, it never left the SLC post office, although it was to come certified mail. It was sent on the 29 of October and I have never received it.
