Ordered the majic jack with the free 30 day trial. Although they stated your credit card would not be charged, they froze the amount as if I already purchased the item. There is no live person to talk to, in order to get assistance you have to use LIVE CHAT. Which to me sucks because the person on the other end (SPEAKEE NO ENGLISH...or TYPEE NO ENGLISH...)
