ordered couch from jenniffer, (june 2010)was told it would arrive in 4 weeks. After 8 weeks still no couch (sept 2010). there are NO PHONE numbers to call to voice a complaint, and every time you did complain by internet they told you to call the store. What good is that, the store had NO INFO.
