I've been having the same problem that everyone else is having with this company. I've been sending my receipts in since June and just hopping that if I follow through and complete all 12 months of compliance I'll get at least something for my troubles but my patience is running out. I've had problems calling and emailing and now the phone numbers don't even work. I live in California so I can't show up to their address and complain in person. Maybe then I'll have more success.
