Lost my card with approximately 8000 tickets on it.New card I was issued had no tickets on it.Was told if I could find an offer with my old card number could replace card I paid for and gave me with card with points on it.Needless to say I came back another day and deskperson did not bother to check on number just grapped card and handed me back a gold card zero tickets.Spoke supervisor Myra no checking no explanation can not do anything for you.Contact number on card - one person working 40 hour week get back to you in order... read full review »
