The worst experience ever!! We bought a small sectional w/ a chaise but was delivered w/o the chaise. Apparently the sales person forgot to order that piece and it would take another month or so to get it. The sales person did admit to her mistake and apologized and said she'll put a rush for the missing piece. Next, we bought another larger sectional.
