Account #0108482438 closed by the Bank October 2010 is now handled by the Credit Department of the Bank, who are trying to collect $1, 078.00 which I feel is unfair as the Bank told me not to do anything on this account, as they will eliminate the service fee's before closing the account. The Bank is now charging me for the service fees, and I am willing to settle this account for the $500.00 I feel I owe to the Bank.
