I placed an order last week for a Shake Weight and 3-in-1 Deluxe DVD: - Total Body Workout, - Latin Dance Workout, - Brazilian Booty Workout • the 2.5 lb Shake Weight. I placed my order on line, had some trouble, so I call their custom services, if the order went through, customer services staff stated no. I told her I wanted the shake weight and DVD’s, she stated yes I can get the DVD’s. On yesterday I received my order with the weight and a 6-minute DVD’s, not what I order.
