I was there today and the customer service was awful. When I arrived the young lady told me to sign in, but there was no sign-in sheet or computer anywhere. She was quite rude. Then I asked another gentleman for assistance, he said " I don't work here, I just do my paperwork here", wtf! I sat for about 15 min. before anyone even acknowledged me and I had to be the one to approach the salesman to tell him that I had not even been acknowledged yet.
