My Nightmare with Dish Network I signed a contract with Dish Network on November 24, 2008. I was promised by Infinity that I would receive a $300 gas card as an incentive. I had had Dish before, but left them due to their rude behavior, but since a few years had passed, I figured maybe they had straightened up their act. First, 3 months after I signed up, my bill goes up. I call to say, “Oh, no. The owner of this agency is a true bitch. They charge you almost 2, 000 for classes that they say you need, but most agencies say you shouldn't pay all of that money. She's simply trying to pay her rent. Their are reports on this company on ripoffreports.com. Better off trying Atlanta Young Faces or other legitimate agencies that only charge you for pictures and not stupid classes that won't help you later on. You've been warned! read full review »

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM DISH NETWORK AS POSSIBLE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! AND IT'S NOT JUST ONE OR TWO, BUT I'VE HAD ENCOUNTERS WITH A WHOLE SLEW OF THEM. ONE WAS BEING SO RUDE THAT I HUNG UP ON HIM BEFORE HE HAD THE CHANCE TO HANG UP ON ME WHICH HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST. 20 MINUTES LATER, MY SERVICE IS CANCELED. WHEN I CALLED AND DEMANDED THEM TO RESTORE IT BECAUSE AFTERALL, IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR, AND I THREATENED THEM WITH A LAWSUIT, THEY RESTORED IT CLAIMING IT WAS DONE ACCIDENTALLY.
