I ordered "An Expert Scentmatch in a 3.4 ounce Italian Glass Bottle" in Dec. 2009. I received it in January and it had no smell - not didn't smell like the scent I wanted - it didn't have any scent at all. I returned it with proof of delivery on 2/3/10. I called, and emailed several times looking for my refund. Initially they were polite and asked for proof of the return shipment which I gave them. After that they never responded to my requests for a refund. I had waited too long and was unable to get any help from my credit card company.
