Tried to return item and they haven't sent me a RA# to return the item. This has been going on since the first week of Sept 2010. First I tried to get AmericanOutdoors to send me a number to return the item. They just ignored me., then the company PetProducts 4less who shipped the item to me. They are also ignoring my request. I advise you not to purchase anything from either company. They do not honor their returns. They got their money of over $4oo and they don't care that the product is still sitting in the box. read full review »
