My husband and I have twice tried to get a loan modification or "loan retention" for almost 2 years! Each time I've provided the requested paperwork they send us a letter asking for the same thing! And when I contact them I get a different person each time. Someone from India and then a black woman who argued me down about the paperwork and kept asking when they were going to get their payment!
