HORRIBLE plain and simple. We paid $150 for a lamp for our tv. When it arrived it didn't fit correctly and we contacted them immediately and they said to send it back and they will send out a new one and then if that did not fit that they would issue a refund. To receive the second one took FOREVER. The 2nd one didn't fit either. We again called immediately and had to leave a message because they were busy. The message states they will call you right away.
