We started with Taylor, Bean, and Whitaker close to three years ago. Never missed a payment - always paid on time and in full. In August of 2009, we attempted a loan modification to reduce the interest rate. We were told our loan was going to Cenlar but to wait until we were contacted by Cenlar - not to contact them.
