This company is now charging to use their shopping carts. They want their customers to carry around bolts of material or pay $.25 for use of their shopping carts. This is stupid. They are asking for trouble. Anyone could try to carry around the bolts of material and claim injury because they had to carry it. Joanns has stooped too low now. read full review »
