WOW.. This is a comment for ALL OF BANK OF AMERICA.. Beware all banking customers who want to invest their money in a bank that takes care of their customers. After noticing my credit card account was not showing up on my online account, I called Bank of America to help troubleshoot... where I sat on hold for THIRTY MINUTES... at which point a woman came on the line and told me that I would have to call back "in two hours or tomorrow morning" to speak with someone because the systems were updating.
