This guy promises you he will be there on time to move your mobile home and install it all in a couple of days. I know this can be done as we did out home ourselves back int the 1980's all in 1 day. He gets you to give him $1, 400 down and does not show up in the day he is to be there but a week later. Then he gets more money and disappears for another 2 weeks. he shows up whenever he wants to does a hours work or two and then disappears for another week.
