Stella Yee occupies a managerial position at the Torrance branch of Cathay Bank. She is a selfish individual. She has no sense of ethics and uses her position there to manipulate financial transactions in her favor at a bank that has a very low degree of security and professionalism. People who know her very well have fallen victim to her immoral, shady tactics (e.g. having their bank accounts virtually emptied out). She should not be allowed to work at any financial institution.
