EXTENDED WARRANTY IS RUBBISH!!! We purchased a 42" HItachi Plasma & 4yrs extended Warranty from Harvey Norman in Twmba 3 years ago & 11weeks ago it failed, well if you don't want to know when or how the progress on your TV which cost $3000 is going & no customer service, phonecalls not returned & different stories getting told each time, then buy through HARVEY NORMANs EXTENDED WTY, great warranty supplier NOT, (we won't be ever again!!!), & to hear from the Warranty Supplier that we were lucky to get 3year... read full review »
