The book material is MISSING a majority of information required for the state test. AD Banker is well aware of this. After studying for several months, the employees then provided the on-line training. However, the on-line training does not make sense and very, very sloppily put together and confusing. I have found the on-line training offers more information of what's on the test BUT in poor and confusing format. It's not really worth trying to figure out what they're trying to tell you.
