Placed an order on a Friday but didn't receive my product until 10 days later. The shipping info boasted "4-6 days". When the order arrived well after the date I needed it I attempted to return it and was told "Our website says No Returns ALL OVER it". I returned to the site and the rude customer rep said I needed to click on the very small and hidden word "terms" in order to see their terms. THIS SITE IS VERY SNEAKY AND NOT STRAIGHT FORWARD.
