I fell for this and ordered Windows XP SP3, paid $54.74, incl. shipping, received a perfectly fine looking CD impressively printed with what appears to be authentic Microsoft labeling but totally inoperable. Both CD drives on the target computer could not even detect it's presence. The only means of contact offered by Halfpricesoftwares is an email contact form; no phone, no FAX, no physical address, a live chat that is never on line.
