My instyler broke on Nov 4th EXACTLY one year after receiving it. I called customer service and was told that the waranty expired on the date of order NOT THE DATE RECEIVED! I can PROVE IT WASN'T RECEIVED UNTIL NOV. 4TH! Now I have a $100 plus piece of JUNK! Don't waste your time or money on this piece of junk! read full review »
