This company drafted $24.95 from my checking account without my consent. I never got a loan from them and therefore I don't understand why they'd charge this to my account. When I called their customer service # 877-450-8663 they said the charge was for a different product not associated to the loan...(SCAM). However, they did said they'll refund my money (Confirmation # 2343744) within 8-10 business days (11/26/30). I will be waiting! LGillis read full review »

USA Credit debited $149.95 from my checking acct. I’ve neither heard of this company before nor did I give them consent to go into my checking account. There is now an overdraft charge on my account due to this charge. I’d appreciate if USA CREDIT would refund my money as I never authorized them to make it in the first place. A charge was made to my checking account on NOV 1st by the company mentioned above under electronic check 75548 without my consent. I called their customer service # (1-866-302-2828) and they said to give you the authorization/Cancellation # 58116665 when I submit this refund form online to get my money back within 72 hours.
