Hello Last month I stopped at the only Chevron in Snowflake AZ. I was filling up both tanks on my truck. As I usually do I put the gas nozzle in the tank and flipped on the auto shut off catch. I proceeded to wash my windows. The pump did not shut off when the tank was full. The pump continued to run and dispensed aprox. 3-5 gallons of gas all over the drive before I could shut it off.
