I was with ADT for seven years. My business sold and I gave sufficient notice and faxed all the appropriate paperwork. The people who purchased my business also signed up with ADT. I am now receiving letters from an attorney L. Mitchell, Barry Serota & Associates that I have not paid $337.55 for early cancellation. ADT indicated that I can only cancel during a specific time frame every six months, or I will be charged a fee for early cancellation. What a crock. This has slipped through the cracks and no one at ADT has any concern for checking into this cancellation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read full review »
